Appetizer Trio
Chicken Croquettes (tender chicken and creamy bechamel sauce breaded and fried to golden perfection), Salmon En Crute (flaky salmon wrapped in a tender puff pastry), and Duck Fat Potatoes & Steak Tartar (layered potatoes baked in duck fat and then fried, topped with steak tartare, as well as grated salt-cured egg yolks)
Main Course A
Creamy Tomato Bisque, French Lentil, and Goat Cheese Salad (cooked lentils tossed with carrots, celery, herbs, mustard lemon juice and goat cheese) Coq au vin blanc (slowly braised chicken in a white wine sauce with onions, carrots, garlic, and mushrooms, served over a bed of mashed potatoes)
Main Course B
French Onion Soup, French Bistro Salad (Butter and romaine lettuce with herbs, walnuts, pickled shallots, and a lemon vinaigrette dressing). Chateaubriand with an au Poivre sauce (Sliced beef tenderloin with a peppercorn cognac cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans)
Dessert Trio
White chocolate and lavender crème brûlée, Chocolate and hazelnut mille feuille, and Chocolate covered strawberries
