Meet the Chef
Jacqueline is a native of Rapid City. Her love for the arts has touched many fields including visual arts, music, and now cooking. Her love for nutrition boosted her into a chef position at a preschool making healthy meals for kids every day. She loves creating the menu each week and introducing new food experiences to the students. She has been a part of Fountain Springs Church for 8 years. Sometimes you can find her singing with the band. She is always expanding her nutrition knowledge and would like to have a Farm to Table inspired restaurant on a farm someday. The courses for this evening are some of her favorite creations. She is thrilled to cook for you at Fork Real Community Cafe!

Course One: Fresh Tomato Soup with Almond Flour Garlic Crackers
Roma tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon, parsley, almond flour, ground flax, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper.
Course Two: Crab Apple Caesar Salad
Crab, apples, blueberries, lemon, romaine, primal kitchen caesar dressing, pepper.
Course Three: Steak and Shiitake Mushroom Pasta
Steak, rice angel hair pasta, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, lime, coconut amino’s, rice wine vinegar, coconut cream, salt, pepper.
Course Four: Grain Free Chocolate Cake with Fresh Whipped Cream
Cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, coconut sugar, butter, melted dark chocolate, eggs, vanilla, salt. Whipping cream, vanilla, coconut sugar.
