Join us Saturday, November 16, 2024, at The Box at 5:00 pm for the 3rd Annual Chef’s Dinner Auction. We are proud to bring this special evening to life, featuring delicious food samples, live music, a chance to bid and win a meal or dessert prepared by your own personal chef, and other exciting silent auction opportunities.
Proceeds from this year’s event will help us make our move to the heart of downtown Rapid City a reality.

MJ Adams is a three-time James Beard Award Semi-Finalist for Best Chef of the Midwest. An early pioneer of working with local foods in the state. MJ Adams ran The Corn Exchange Restaurant for 15 years to national acclaim, featured in Elle, Gourmet, Food & Wine, Bon Appetite, and The Wall Street Journal, among others. After she closed the restaurant in 2015, she went on to host two seasons of Savor Dakota for SDPB, still airing on CreateTV and subsequently. published her cookbook "The Corn Exchange Cookbook-From The Big Apple To The Black Hills," which received a positive review by The NY Times in January 2020.
